MyGrowthSuite - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyGrowthSuite website,

software-as-a-service platform, digital products, and related services ("Services") provided by MyGrowthSuite, ABN 26

918 615 887 ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Services Overview

We offer access to a white-labelled CRM and automation platform powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), as well as digital

downloads, paid templates, marketing workflows, and advisory services tailored for small to medium businesses.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your

account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

5. Payments, Billing and Renewals

All paid plans and product purchases must be paid in advance. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as

agreed. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer

Law. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days for consideration.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, digital products, and proprietary processes are owned by MyGrowthSuite or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify these without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purposes. We reserve the right to investigate

and take action against violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to resupplying the service or refunding

amounts paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the

Services constitutes acceptance.
